Rental Policy

 

When you make a reservation with us you are agreeing to the rules stated here, and also to the policies listed. These rules and policies are designed to insure the comfort, safety and tranquility of all our guests, and the longevity of our property. There are important details included here concerning the care of the property, so please read this document carefully. If there is damage to our property, systems or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear, we will have to charge you for those damages.

Occupancy:

The homes at Casa Tabachines have been designed to comfortably accommodate guests up to the maximum occupancy limit for each building (Maximum four in the casa, two in the casita). The occupancy limits for each building must be observed. Your rental rate has been agreed upon based on the stated number of people in your party. You must inform us in advance if the number in your party increases. There will be additional charges for anyone sleeping on the property that is not part of your original reservation (if they can be accommodated at all).

Please limit day visits by guests to an occasional one or two people. If a situation related to this gets out of hand, our property manager may ask you to have your guests leave. If this does not resolve the situation, you may be asked to leave our property without a refund of your rental fee.

NO PETS allowed, and NO SMOKING inside any of the buildings.

Please enjoy yourselves quietly from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Booking and Cancellation:

​Full payment is due at the time of booking. Prices are listed in US dollars.  PayPal is the preferred payment method.

Casa Tabachines does not provide refunds for cancellations based on weather or surf conditions.

​​

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event of family emergencies, natural disasters or flight cancellations.

By booking with us, you agree that Casa Tabachines or its owners and staff, are not responsible for any loss or damage to any of your personal belongings, or for any personal injury to any member of your group.

Arrival:

You will receive a Welcome package from us before your stay. This package will give detailed directions to our property and other important information.

​

Check in time is from 3pm. Be sure to contact our property manager on the day of your arrival to confirm your check in time.  His number will be in the Welcome package.  Our property manager will meet you and help get you settled.

​Times to note

Check in: 3:00 pm / Check out: 11:00 am.  If you’d like to check out a bit later let us know.  Later check out may be available if there is no one checking into your building that day.
